"Great store, very helpful owners and staff. Sometimes you may get a new employee doing your water test, but one of the owners or more veteran staff is usally near by watching over things and ready to step in. My pool is generally hands off, but I have leaned on their experience when I have had issues. I try to buy from them as much as possible, it's always good to support a local business."
"I will start by saying I have been to every Pinch a Penny within a 20 mile radius. I was almost done with Pinch a Penny for good until I found store #23 in Edgewood Isle. I had a Hayward Pump fail after 5 months. Was a real pain of warranty process until they stepped in and got everything handled for me. It took 2 days and a new pump was delivered and installed. I had to cover labor which I was more than happy too and the price was more than fair. This location (store 23) feels more like a family operated business than a franchise corporation and I wont go anywhere else from now on. If you want honest answers fast. Pinch a penny #23 on S Orange is the place. I DO NOT RIGHT REVIEWS but I had to after this experience."

"NEHA the owner and STEVE the employee are amazing!! Steve has been to my home twice teaching me ALL I needed to know and helped me get Only the parts I needed. They are professional, friendly, and explain things to the common folk like me! :) Store # 23 is the best !!"
"I have been a pool owner now for about 18 months and for the last 12 months the owners Jignesh and Neha and their team have helped me figure out how to take care of my pool. I never feel like they are upselling me on anything- many times I have had my water tested and walked out not spending a dollar. On top of great service at the store, Jignesh and his team also fixed a light in my pool and my Pentair automation and submitted the warranty information to Pentair for me when my pool builder was unresponsive. They have also fixed my pool vacuum quickly and for no charge when I was having trouble with it. Can’t say enough great things about this small business!"
