"The last two times I was there I paid for master stylist cut and style only to be switched off to lower level stylist for blow drying . I have a feeling this particular stylist doesn’t like that part of the job but at 80.00 she needs to blow dry it herself . Having the girl who sweeps and answers phone dry my hair doesn’t work for me and she was burning my scalp also had a bad attitude . Next haircut and style will be somewhere else for me."

"The salon and the people in it are so perfectly well-mannered and welcoming.. However the last time I got my hair extensions they were very bad meaning the extensions are great lakes and then we’re not it up and just really bad hair. I went back to Dana to have her take a look and she agreed it was bad and offered to Botox my hair but I really don’t have time to run after this. "I cannot say enough good things about this salon or the people working there. The owner, Brianne, is my stylist and I am beyond blessed to call her a friend as well. I truly treasure the time I spend with her and in her chair. Getting my hair done is something I look forward to as I have developed personal relationships with several of the stylist there and I am always greeted warmly, by name and they all express sincere interest in my life, happiness and well being. I have never encountered stylist who value continuing education more than the stylist at Tresses. They are constantly attending classes and conferences to learn new techniques in styling and color to ensure they are bringing the latest and greatest to their clients, everyday. As a result, their work is truly amazing. Their color jobs are second to none. So special that several clients, such as my mother, fly in from up North to have their hair done. Yep, it’s that good. When I got my first set (I’ve had 5 sets now), they actually let me come watch another client getting a set put in, so I could see what’s it’s all about. The revolutionary cold fusing creates a keratin bond that not only doesn’t damage your hair, but lasts a very long time and is not noticeable at all. See the images I included for some of their work. It is not unusual for them to order the hair pre-colored and then highlight or color it further in the salon, to make sure it matches your natural hair color or color job seamlessly. The salon is gorgeous. Decorated by Brianne herself, it is full of colorful and attractive artwork and features a custom graffiti design across the back wall that is to die for. The lounging area is awesome and close to the action. They offer beverages to clients and the amenities are great. The equipment they use is state of the art and the latest and greatest. The salon’s response to COVID could not be better. They have taken customer safety so seriously and made it their number one priority. They even earned a special, voluntary certification due to their health practices to combat the virus at the salon. I cannot day enough good things about this salon or the stylist there. Not only do they do hair, but they also do makeup and offer other services. Their services and product offerings are competitively priced and they have everything you need to recreate your salon look at home. They will also walk you through how to do it.
