"New owner and staff are amazing! Owner and lead technician came to my home to troubleshoot my inability to prime my pool filtration system, and quickly showed me a crack in my clear plastic lid that prevented system from priming - and didn’t charge me!!!"

"We are relatively new customers (approximately 1 year) to Pinch A Penny but we have lived in Naples for more than a decade. We’ve had other pool companies over the years but I’m sooo happy we switched to Pinch A Penny !! They are both friendly and professional. Most importantly they do an excellent job on maintaining our pool - it’s always sparkling clear and clean now !! I’d highly recommend them to any of my neighbors."

"Don't work with Stefano Ghirimoldi Stefano hired me as the prime contractor to remodel his pool through his CPC and to make his pool a "show piece" to show his wonderful clients so that he can sell renovations. His family is currently swimming in the pool, enjoying his deck, and is using it to sell renovations to his clients. At this point he owes over $8,000 to myself for the completed project, and instead of paying, he hired a lawyer to negate payment and walk away with a finished project that he can use to promote himself and his wealth. Meanwhile, suing me to negate payment. If you want to work with such a wonderful person and get the same treatment, feel free to walk in and let him take on your project for your personal home."

"My experience recently with Bradley at the Davis store was awesome. I had called them before I went, concerned about phosphates. He said bring a sample in we'll check it all out for you. So I did, and he was very patient, very professional and courteous, and knows his pool chemistry well. Answered all my questions, and gave me a full Water Analysis report including the phosphates I was concerned about. He sold me only the products I really needed, plus filled my chlorine jugs and brought them out on a cart ready to wheel out to my car. I've just started going to this store, and my experience was very pleasant. Way to go Bradley."

"If I could provide this establishment with a negative star amount I would, it is not worthy of any stars. Last week I visited our seasonal rental home to find the pool half empty and in awful condition. I contacted the store and spoke with Ana who advised she had no record of the property or our client relationship. When I called back and spoke with Becky she advised that they haven't updated the service book and did have record of our property and service address and would get a tech over to the property today, when I asked what was different between now and 10 minutes prior when I spoke with Ana she explained that Ana was new and just didn't look in all the correct places. No one provided me a time of when to expect the techs to come that same day and apparently they arrived within 20 minutes while I was at breakfast. Becky called me to advised that they were there cleaning the pool and replacing the pool light as they were suppose to do earlier in the week. Upon my arrival back to the property I found that the pool was not cleaned well. Leaves were removed but no vacuuming done and therefore there was a film of small debris across the pool still. In addition, the pool light was not repaired. When I called the store back and got Ana she was rude and disrespectful. She spoke 5-7 minutes about how busy they were and how she had clients in front of her, etc. I asked if they were too busy to provide us with service to just let me know so that I could hire another company. At one point I asked to speak back with Becky who was much more pleasant and she told me no that she was Becky's boss. I found this strange since Becky had given the excuse earlier in the day about Ana being new but Ana was quick to correct that she was hired as a manager and the one in charge. To date, I have asked many times to speak with a higher member of management or the owner and have been given many excuses. Her manager is out on personal vacation and the owner just comes in whenever and they do not have a schedule for when he will be in. She has never asked for my contact info or offered to have someone call me back and will also not allow me to speak with anyone other than her. Today I called corporate office for Pinch A Penny to file a complaint not sure what it will do considering this is a private owned store but my recommendation is everyone is DO NOT HIRE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. They will invoice you and not provide service. Had I not visited my seasonal property unexpected we may have never known they were not servicing it as hired to do. My pool pump would have burned up had the pool continued to operate at half water levels. Ana needs a new job that is not in customer service."
