"Gilman Pools has been my pool service company since 1990. That's about 1,250 weekly services at 3 different homes in the Orlando/Winter Park area over 24 years!! I think that speaks for itself. In addition to weekly service, I recently had a pool and spa heat pump installed for my 25,000 gallon pool. Ben organized everything and Dan & Jack did the installation. I asked for it to be installed and running before the grandkids came to visit and they all moved heaven and earth to get it done in time. "If I could give zero stars I would. I called to schedule appointment and they asked for pictures of my problem. I sent pictures and no response, I followed up next day and they said they would get back to me. Following day I again had to follow up for estimate. The price was fair so we scheduled the appointment. An hour before the appointment they canceled. I explained that I took off work and felt is was poor customer service. No apologies were made, I asked if her would consider lowering price for my inconvenience of taking off work to be there and they canceled he says so. I let them know that was poor customer service to cancel, not apologize, not try to make it right..his reply was to find someone else to do the job. So now I have to spend the time to find another company. This company is very unreliable and customer service is terrible"

"I have used Gilman Pools for many years. They first helped me after I had severe pool damage after a hurricane. They are extremely conscientious about the quality of of service they offer. When I have any problem with my pool, usually caused by me, they respond quickly. My current pool tech us Dan. He's great! My pool is beautiful all the time.
