"Shawn the current manager is very knowledgeable and helpful. I love the Heyward pool vacuum and it requires replacing some parts that wear out but they’re inexpensive. For some reason my “robot” wasn’t moving very well and I replaced the usual suspects without much improvement. Shawn checked out the unit, replaced the main bearing and tightened some stuff and Robot is like new! I really appreciate Shawn."
