We did purchase a 6 person spa and when the install team (JJ) arrived at my house he was concerned about the space I had for the tub, it was very tight but he and his partner somehow got it just were i wanted it with no damage and JJ took the time with my wife to go over everthing for the startup. Thank You to Lorenzo and JJ for a fantastic experience from purchase to install, we love the tub and would recomend Unique to anyone looking to purchase a spa"
"POS company, D rating on the BBB, run don't buy products service all a POS they lie they sell Sh-T products and everything they bring they break and damage, liars. Based on my experience, I would stay as far away from this dealer as possible. Been lied to from day one, broken hot tub, lights never worked, brought me a busted up panel without even checking it wasted two days off work due to them not being able to say morning or afternoon, they lie about everything, promised a rebate that has been a joke! Stay away there are to many other dealers that are out there!"

He listened to our situation and cost range, took the time to show us the options appropriate for us, delivery was straightforward, the delivery people were nice, etc. It's just been a "hot tub" dream to work with Unique Pools and Spas!
