They also carry all kinds of parts and accessories. Get on their mailing list for coupons and sales brochures and be sure to take advantage of their sales. The salt they sell for salt pools is perfect - best salt I ever purchased. Yes, it costs a little more but so well worth it because it desolves so quickly, leaving almost nothing on the bottom to bush (though you should brush just in case)."

"The pool cleaning service is terrible, they never do the vacuum, just a brush and they leave, I went to tell them that I was suspending the service for that reason and the manager, without looking at me, canceled the service without even apologizing or trying to dissuade me, he didn't care. It didn't matter in the slightest, if as a manager he doesn't care about treating a client well, imagine the employees!"

"So this is my first time writing a negative review about any company ever!!. I recently contacted pinch a penny in Deland to get a quote for a one time pool cleaning. I decided to have our in ground uncovered pool clean for one time before summer comes and I am very disapointed about the job they did and how little they cared about dealing with an upset customer. First, I do have to say that the staff at this location is very pleasant. They set up a time to come to my home, gave me a quote and set up an appointment to clean the pool, all in a short period of time. This is the only reason I am giving them a 2 star on this review. However, the cleanning job they did was unsatisfactory to say the least. They spent less than 30 minutes cleaning a pool that even though it's pretty big in size, it didn't not required tons of chemicals or deep cleaning. When requesting their services, I was explicit about washing the pool walls since it is the part that looks the dirtiest. And now after the cleaning they continue to look terrible. I was not present during the cleaning but my husband was inside the house. He noticed that staff didn't leave the walls on the pool as we had expected them to be after a profesional cleaning from a company like this. I decided to contact their office to let them know that I was unhappy about the cleaning and I asked them to please see if the staff member can come back and clean the walls again. The guy on the phone was aggrevated about my complaint but said he will contact the staff who did the cleaning to see what could be done for me. After this, I received a call from the same guy who did my estimate in the beginning and said "we skimmed the pool, put chlorine and cleanned the walls"..I said I wasn't happy with the cleaning since they still look terribly dirty and smudgy. He said that is all they do for how much I had paid them. I totally understand the job they do is hard and time consuming. I know that it takes lots of time and effort to keep up a business going. However, new customers are just as important as current ones. this guy had "zero" interest in trying to somehow make this customer happy. He didn't even say something like... we could try to clean it again?..or use other ways to make it look better. He was just done with me. I hope they don't treat all their customers this way. I will never think of them for their pool services again!! I was looking for more understanding from their part, it is not like their services come cheap! I was a one time customer this time, but I could have been a recurring customer if I would have had better service. I guess they didn't want my $150 to $180 monthly fee for pool cleaning services!!!"
