"I used Richards Pool Service on three occasions. On each of those, the owner Steve did the work. Most recently to check a leak in my salt cell, which was done. It was determined I needed a new cell. Steve recommended I get a rebuilt cell as it was a lot less than a new one. He noticed I was low on salt and dumped a bag in at no cost. I acquired a new t-3 salt cell and asked him to install it. As with the other times, Steve encouraged me to do the work myself as it was simple to do.(to him) Of course this would have saved me money. But I felt more comfortable having a professional do the work. Steve did the work in about 20 minutes and charged me a very low service charge. My new cell is pumping out chlorine and all is well. I will always use this company and recommend any one needing pool service work to use them as well."
