"Made a trip here this evening for our 9 anniversary. We normally go to the Champions Gate location. My wife ordered the prime rib. Came out, Grey, looking. She said that it was dry. I got the ribeye with mashed potatoes with gravy. Very poorly plated. It looked like a sirloin. I had to sho her pictures to see the difference. And the gravy was congealed. Wasn't impressed with the fact that I had paid $75 for that. Out server , Ashley, couldn't tell the difference either. Instead of sending it back. I went ahead and ate it. The server didn't get management involved, nor did she apologize. Needless to say that we won't be back to the location again."
"I love the zingers with ranch, but I love my cheeseburger from Ale House and it wasn’t the way I ordered it, so Jessica went above and beyond to make sure it was beyond perfect with patience and professionalism! Kudos to Jessica!! Thank you x 1000!"
"Kinda disappointed for my first time eating here. The food was mediocre for the price we paid. The steak was a little bland and thin cut. As for the loaded fries, they tasted like they had been sitting a while. I think the best thing out of this would probably be the deep-fried jalapeños and the server was nice."
"First time trying, had been seeing the prime rib deal and had to go try. Above average for sure. Went with the 6 piece wings hot garlic sauce. Nice Crunch on the each wing and tender inside. Prime rib medium well, nicely made with fries and added the fried shrimp side. Prime rib was a tad salty on the fatty parts but overall good with wellness just how I asked. Fries were average and shrimp as well."
"We went in for lunch, it wasn't busy yet. Game night tonight I'm sure will be packed. We got our order quickly and our waitress was super attentive and nice! No issues with food or service."
