"Using Orlando Stroller Rentals was such a great experience and I would 100% do it again. I texted the 800 number when I needed a last minute, same-day delivery and they were able to drop it off to my Disney resort just a few hours later. Additionally, my pick-up time changed and they accommodated that, as well. The Britax stroller I rented came with a rain cover & cooler (included with rental free of charge), as well as cup holders + a pocket across the handlebars. I felt they really went above and beyond and made that aspect of my vacation stress-free."

"We had a great experience renting a double bob stroller. We stayed at Art or Animation and scheduling drop off and pick up was super easy! The communication for that was great and the stroller was clean and in good condition. We would definitely use this company again."

"They delivered on time but there was 0 communication. Would never rent from this place again. The stroller was ripped on the seat, beat up, and stunk! The other strollers we saw from this company when we were at the Disney parks were just as beat up and bad. Even the Bellman at our hotel commented on how beat up it was. Super disappointed we went with them after seeing good reviews. Definitely would NOT recommend and won’t be back."

"Great Company! EVEN BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We rented 2 double strollers for our Disney and Universal Trip, I initially booked the strollers for store pick up but 3 days before our trip I asked if we could change the pick up to a drop off and they changed it for us with no issues, the strollers arrived on time. One of the strollers we were having difficulties with but we promptly received instructions on how to fix the issue via Text. It was user error, but while at Disney a little later in the day with the same Stroller a wheel broke off, it was not fixable. I texted them a picture and a replacement was delivered to us the very next day, I was still disappointed because we had to push around a broken stroller the rest of our day at Disney but at that point we didn’t have another option. Overall I would definitely rent with them again and recommend them to family and friends, I would just make sure to pick up the strollers next time to make sure everything is okay and working properly."
