She just started ringing me up with a stoic look. Even chatted with her coworkers while servicing me, but gave the other customers her undivided attention. Gave me my receipt, and that’s it."

"So I come to this store a lot since it's the closest to me... And normally everyone is really nice. The stores pretty clean... I mean it's not there fault that people come leave stuff everywhere and let their children destroy the place... But anyways, tonight I called (Monday, Nov 21st) at 5:55pm and the lady that answered the phone just wouldn't help me. I literally drove to 3 different Dollar Tree stores a week ago searching for ornaments because I had run out and needed them ASAP. And I ended up having to wait anyways because they were sold out at all 3 stores! But they did get some more in a few days later and I got them... But in total I've made 5 trips to Dollar Tree's within the last week. I'm not driving around for hours again when I SHOULD be able to call and get assistance. I asked the lady if they had gotten any of the green medium size bulbs that come in a 12 or 15 count in... She literally made every single excuse as to what "I" could do... Go online, which you can't order them online unless you want a WHOLE CASE! Then she told me I'd just have to come in and look. Beyond obvious that she just didn't want to go check, which is her job. You'd think she'd want to keep her job... But giving people false information and refusing to assist them is NOT going to make them want to come back... And eventually if y'all keep losing business you'll end up closing and she won't have a job at all."
