"I am writing on behalf of my mother. My mother did not use this business because the business REFUSED my mother. She was recommended by others in Miami Lakes to use this salon’s services. My mother is 70 years old. She is a new resident to Miami Lakes. The hairstylist informed my mother that the Salon REFUSES any customers over 50 years old. Is someone’s money worth less when they reach a certain age? Absolutely despicable. Totally unacceptable. They are lucky if I only write this negative review. So these hair stylists don’t service mothers, grandmothers? I’d love to know what they say to their own family over 50. This Salon clearly is NOT inclusive. If you care about your own mother or grandmother, you would not give this disrespectful and disgusting salon any of your business."

"I do my hair with Chelsea who is awesome. She knows the latest styles and is very professional. She does book way in advance so call her with advance notice! You can look at her work on Instagram; chelsea_santana My 88 year old mom does her hair with Edelmira, who is also very nice and extremely patient. The salon has been updated and is very pretty, but you should know that each stylist and manicurist are independent contractors so there is no front desk. You’ll have to approach one of the hairdressers. It’s by far, my favorite salon in Miami Lakes."

He’s knowledgeable and a diligent educator, which is a rare yet refreshing and empowering trait. The salon is nice and clean and the other staff are also very friendly and approachable. "Highly recommend the salon, specially Veronica she’s a magnificent stylist and so knowledgeable I’m absolutely in love with her work !!! Did the stem cell treatment (células madres) with her and my hair is completely transformed to how it used to be before. The treatment has nourished my dyed hair and removed the frizz and looks super shiny and healthy. Would absolutely recommend her, she specializes in numerous hair treatments, color and make up. Very satisfaces Customer"
