"My family did not have a great experience with this company. We contacted them to locate a leak in the hot tub attachment to the pool. Paid the fee as requested. The leak was not fixed nor even located in the initial service call. I contacted the company to address the issue the next day as the hot tub was still losing water at an alarming rate and was told that a representative would be in contact to come back out. After multiple call backs and scheduling attempts, the representative never seemed to be available to remedy the matter. If you are looking to schedule an appointment, have repairs made and remit your payment with a simple process, this is not the company for you."

"Buyer Beware!! Our pool was slowing loosing water and we could not find the cause. Chris came out and did a “dive” in our pool (44° ) and repaired 16 small tears in liner. Problem fixed. Very hard working and quick. He also pressure checked our pipes and gave us a thumbs up. Thanks for the repair and peace of mind on the pipes! Very impressive work! Highly recommended Update, 2 weeks later: It was cold whenever he repaired our pool and about two weeks later we turned our pool pump on to start circulating some chemicals and we noticed that the repair he did was leaking very badly. When he was pressure testing the pool, he had broken a pipe. I happened to walk outside when he had just finished pressure-testing the pool and noticed that he was repairing it. I inquired, and he had told me that he had snapped a pipe but was putting a coupler back on and it was repaired. At the moment, I didn’t think anything more of it, until, as I mentioned, two weeks later, and now there’s a leak. I called and texted him and sent him pictures of the leak but no response. Although I was very happy that he had repaired the leaks in the pool, this repair has cost me dearly. He broke it off at the base of the coupler next to the salt generator, and it was near a nightmare to have the plumber try to repair it without replacing the salt generator because he had broke it off so close to the salt generator, which actually needed to be replaced, would be very costly. Nevertheless, he was able to “jerry-rig” it back together and it is not leaking at the moment. I was very hesitant on leaving this review, because I definitely try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, and I know how hard it is to run a business. However, I spent an equal amount of money in getting his damage fixed that I had spent on getting him to repair the pool…. And I could not get him to return my call or text, and this was very frustrating, as I felt it was due to the amount of work that it would take to fix this properly, and he had to know that. Although his initial work was very good, I feel any company/person can only be judged by how well they deal with problems or issues that arise from their work. In other words, do they stand behind their craftsmanship? He said I had a six month warranty…. I couldn’t even get him to call me back within two weeks. For this reason I am sadly changing my review to a 1 Star and issuing a “buyer beware” notice."
