"We had our pool liner replaced and skimmer basket fixed. We are happy with the install and time frame. What we aren't happy with was the customer service. The day they left they left a mess. They left trash laying around, our warranty paperwork was left outside, we had to clean up the coping which we paid for $450 for them to paint. My husband spent a couple hours cleaning up trash, the pool deck and cement pieces which were even in the pool. They returned almost 12 days later to clean up which we had already done. We mentioned our concerns and we're never contacted by anyone, Maybe our expectations are too high. When you spend several thousand dollars we expected a final walk-through to make sure everything was good and we as customers were happy."

"Submitted a work request online to have our pump fixed. Tech came out pretty quick and was unable to fix the issue. The pump is a Chinese made piece of garbage with a known start issue (pops the breaker once a week). Tech was extremely professional and nice and told me he could replace the GFCI breaker but didn't think that would fix the problem. Recommended a pump repair guy in pcola. Didn't charge me for the service call. Awesome service!"

"Had a in ground pool built by Johnson pools. Pros: -They answer the phone and are honest with you. -The price is right in comparison. -Had small issue after build and they came out the next day to fix it. Cons: -It’s not going to take 4 weeks. Set your expectations for a long process. They are busy. -You need to be present for any yard scaping. There seems to be a confusion from what you and Dan agree to and what happens when they show up and start moving dirt. I would use them again and have recommended them to others if you want a liner pool."

"First-time pool owner here. I contacted Johnson Pools about a pool school, and they had Maury out to my house the following morning. I appreciated the timeliness. Maury took me through our pool equipment and explained what we needed to know. He also took us through how to maintain proper water chemistry. Maury was professional, knowledgeable and generous with his time. We came away with a better understanding of our pool and more confidence in how to take care of it. Well worth it."

"I'm amending my previous review. While I loved the installation process and they did a great job, their service is sadly lacking. It takes weeks to be seen and we just found out that the extra we paid for lights is just an added, WORTHLESS expense because their installation was shoddy, resulting in water getting into the light housings. At $975 per light, times 2, you can imagine we'll have a dark pool from now on. LED lights last an average of 10 years; our pool is 3 years old. When I called them for service, I was told it would take months to get service. I asked why my 3-year-old lights would burn out and got a very deadpan, "I know nothing about that, ma'am. It's $975 per light and "150/hour to install." Another company was here within a week and it was one look to see water in the housing. Lights burned out because Johnsons didn't install correctly. They don't back their work and they give the impression that service is not a priority. Makes me sad and angry. Use them at your own risk. Great installation support, but don't bother calling them when you need help later. I added pictures of the wiring they used to install my pool lights. Bad sheathing exposed the wires. Lights didn't stand a chance. First review... You won't be sorry if you choose Johnson Pools! They provide superior installation and customer service. We contacted 4 different companies and these guys were by far the best to work with. In our opinion, they provide the best value by far. Installed pool and enclosure January 2019."
