"REPLY TO HAIR CUTTERY: Please save your generic "IDGAF and didn't read your complaint" response for somebody else. A respectable business cares about it's customers. Jessica literally gave me the worst haircut I've ever gotten in my life. I look in the mirror and I cry every time I look at myself. Somebody needs to take the scissors away from Jessica because she does not follow directions. We agreed on one length and she cut it shorter and chopped it up beyond repair ( Unless I want to cut it even shorter). She even turned me away from the mirrors the entire time she was blowing me out probably so I couldn't see how terrible it looked. Save your money and go to a real hair salon anybody who works here works here for a reason"
