"I have been here a few times and have always had excellent service. I had a mani/pedi in November 2023 before our cruise (pink and white dip, pink and white gel toes - gorgeous!). I returned a month or so later for a manicure (clear dip with white tips). They then switched to under new management. I went back recently in January for a pink/white hombre dip with Antony. He does beautiful work!! but unfortunately I got a fungus for the first time in my life. I was devastated. I have just had to have my nails cleaned down to nothing (thank you Helen) and I’ll give it a few weeks to hopefully grow out before I have anything else done. I’m hoping this was a fluke and will not happen again. Make sure your technician removes all of the old acrylic/powder before putting anything else over it."
"Anthony did a wonderful job! He was very patient with my design and gentle with my bruised toe. I love the layout so the pedicure chairs are more private and quiet than other places I’ve been to. It was a relaxing experience."
"Since the management changed this location has gone down hill. My inspiration picture was a light neutral color with chrome and what i got was hot pink and you can barely tell there is chrome. I went back inside and asked if they could fix it and they told me no. I asked my nail tech to pick the color he thought would match best to the inspo picture, because he should know best. Also, I never mind someone in training, but he had to look up how to do the chrome and it’s barely on my nail. I paid $55 to hate my nails and asked for it fixed and there was no compassion to even help the situation. Sadly, I will not be coming back to this location after 3+ years of being a loyal customer to Noire."
"I love Andrew and Ann. They are really great nail techs. Wonderful personalities and extremely friendly. I would recommend you to make an appointment with them. You will be pleasantly surprised. Also the salon is very clean and has a lot to offer. The prices are affordable and their work is excellent. Call Andrew and Ann today."
