"Very disappointed in our entire reroofing process with this company. I have never posted a negative review in my 50 years but I am left angry enough by this company to take the time to do it. The initial verbal quote on the job was nowhere near what the first written quote stated. Then at least twice after written quote was agreed upon the price was raised again due to more work that apparently the quoting salesman didn't catch! We had the choice of accepting the raised rates or getting our roof finished (right before hurricane season) so we opted to let them complete it though I had never heard of such a business practice. Over all the standing seam roof looks good, except for the most important area. The front of the house! They dented the metal facia on the house and cut it crooked at the bottom on both sides. It looks really bad. I reached out to them to come back and correct the problem and they refused. Just as they refused to budge on the increases in job cost as the project went on. Their response was "We try our best to work around the metal fascia cover but will not be held responsible for any damages as it is possible for this to occur." That's very poor customer service in my and most people's opinion, including other roofers that I have contacted about coming out to fix. Which will cost me yet more money! I highly recommend NOT using this company for any projects you may have."

"I needed to have some facial board wood removed and replaced around my flat roof porch because wood had rotten. I also needed to have my damaged dryer vent replaced. I googled facial board replacement and chose JJ Quality Builders of the Palm Beaches. Bob came out and gave me an estimate and a couple of days later the work began on October 3, 2023. I’m so happy to have chosen this company because of the quality and professional work I received from JJ builders.
