"This was the worst pedicure I have ever received. Lady with short hair with red tint/dye and nose piercing. No clue what her name was. Paid $60 for Gel aromatic Pedicure. This lady didn’t even clip or file my toe nails. She layered Gel on and acted like it was my fault it wouldn’t dry. But it was really because the LED light wasn’t at the max setting. She tried to clear coat and I watched the paint literally slide off my toe. She finally got it to cure. I pointed out how chunky it looks from being messed up. Instead of just redoing it then she then proceeded to get the cuticle trimmers and trimmed off any skin that had paint on it to the point where I pulled my foot back because she was hurting me. She then decided to file my toe nails which is where I saw a corner of paint rip up. She then proceeded to put a bunch of oil over it like I didn’t notice her do it??? I then pointed out how both of my big toes are messed up and not done properly. She then aggressively starts grinding the paint back off and this is what I was left with. She was impatient and shaking her knee all pissed off. This is what happens when you skip steps and don’t prep the nail properly. I’m happy 3/4 of my nail was painted. This lady even knew she was wrong. I can’t imagine how many people just leave disappointed . You just lost 3 customers. I hope no one comes here because it sucked. What’s the point of making an appointment for them to shuffle you in and out and rush. This is why people leave bad reviews. Because even when you speak up you get treated like garbage."

"Ive never gad such a horrible experience getting my NAILS done. Let alone ever had to leave a bad review to place. This is actually ridiculous. For reference I CHECKED IN at 6:08 and I went back to get the ticket from her after washing my hands at 6:47. That means she most likely only took about 30 minutes to actually do the service. I came in because I need to get my nails soaked off. They were pretty thick so it was going to take a little bit. I had already clipped them off and filed them a down. I told the person in the front and showed them. Then HE asked me if I wanted a manicure and I said yes because I thought it was going to be possible. When done they tried to charge me 35$? The lady barely clipped my cuticles. She didn’t even push them down properly and soaked my hands for a few second then massaged my hands for 30 seconds each. They lowered the price to 25$ and told me the soak off cost 15 dollars so I asked to pay for the soak off only and Julie and front desk lady said no. They made me pay 25$ for a soak off!"

"Asked just to have my cuticles cleaned up. They charged $25. No polish, no clear. Less than 10 minutes of service. Said it’s a manicure it doesn’t matter. Manager was called and said charge $25. They are the biggest rip off. The edges are jagged, cuticles are not fully cleaned up. They look awful."
