"I’ve been here twice now and exceptional both times: 2nd visit: Larry the repairman worked on a broke headstock and fixed it up so fast! Even took the time to clamp my frets and set up the tress rod. I’m so very thankful for his handiwork and the wait wasn’t long at all! Very professional and I still walked away under 100 dollars.. somehow!! What a pro, thank you Larry. 1st visit: Came down here for a repair I couldn’t get done at guitar center unless they ordered in parts.. and was expensive! We came here and they fixed it in MINUTES for barely anything! 5/5 for sure! Great vibes and friendly guys as well "
"I purchased a 25 foot electric guitar chord never worked purchase it a month ago took it back they told me to fix it , so I soldered it i, it still didn’t work took it back and they said they can’t do anything about it to buy a new one I bought plenty of stuff from there so I have my friends this place is the biggest rip off and they can’t stand by a 25 foot cord ,why are these business ,stay away from troll music in Venice , find any other place you can, if you’re the owner give me a call back don’t hang up like you did yesterday on my cell phone, you still have the number call me or text me and replace it maybe I’ll change my review , Extremely disappointed with this business"
"Troll Music is the best! They are always helpful and knowledgeable about the equipment they sell. I needed to replace my bass amp and two speakers at the last minute for a gig the same day and with Jim's help I was able to find exactly what I needed. I love that we have this store and venue right here in Venice."
