"I was picking up my daughter from school and bringing her to her moms and on the way we had to stop to pick up her medicine. The service at the pharmacy was wonderful and extremely helpful. Gave me some great ideas while I was picking up my prescription. I was very disappointed with the prices, in the store though, I understand people will say it is a convenience they have certain products, but that does not give them the right to price gouge, and take advantage of people in need. As I was picking up my daughters medication she was in a lot of pain requiring a heating pad the pad was $49. I googled the exact same one just not a CVS brand and it was $20 less. my daughter was in too much pain to go to another store, so what am I supposed to do get taken advantage of. Unfortunately, my daughter then told me her phone charger was broken, so why not pick up a cord while I’m there for &19.00??? Same thing people do not go to CVS to get a cord unless you are unable to go to your local Best Buy or Walmart, so why jack up the price? I understand people will say so why didn’t I just go to Walmart or something? Answer to that is I shouldn’t have too"

"This pharmacy got to be a drag dealing with rude, judgmental pharmacy staff who some sometimes made me wait longer for much needed prescriptions. Most didn't know a thing about being professional, courteous nor pleasant. There were only one or two staff members who seemed to make some efforts. I'm done with the stress and changed to North CVS Pharmacy, at 100 N. US 41 Bypass, and have since experienced what might be the BEST pharmacists there is!"
