"Asked for Acrylic nails got Dip powder nails. Could not understand me and she said sorry my English is not so good. I explained the procedure and they said no we don't do that anymore this way is better and last longer. I didn't realize she was doing something different than I wanted till after 1 hand was half way done. And when I said something they did nothing to correct the problem. All they kept telling me is i have been doing nails for many years and never had one break or not last for weeks. This was for my daughter's sweet 16th birthday. Not real happy when I left but since it was done I would give this way a try. Also was shorter than wanted. We had to get her finger fixed because it was separating underneath and that's when I saw the procedure that I was supposed to have. They said oh, well we will do that next time."
