"I have been coming to get my nails done here for a long time, and i absolutely love it. Everyone is so wonderful here and they always remember me and say hello. I left a 5star review for my nails a few weeks ago but forgot to mention how great the pedicures are as well! Tammy has done my pedicure a few times now and she is amazing, even when i have ingrown she gets them out so easily and doesn't cause me really any pain at all! Everyone does great pedicures here too but Tammy is great!"
"I had a difficult time rating Angel Spa as I have generally had good service there but had a pretty negative experience recently. I live in Tampa but go to Angel Spa relatively frequently (every other month or so) as my family has a place in Venice. When I went a month ago, my manicure appeared completely shattered within 24 hours of the appointment (see photos). I called immediately, and I was told they would give me a new manicure. I explained that I live in Tampa and would not be able to make it down for a few weeks. They told me “no problem, just let us know at your next appointment.” Since I had an event that week, I had to pay for an additional manicure in Tampa so my nails did not look atrocious. I went back to Angel spa yesterday (4 weeks after the initial appointment) and expected a free manicure to cover the cost of the mess up. I was surprised when I was charged the full amount. When I said something, I was told I would get a 10% discount and then, after further discussion, a 50% discount. I did not want to argue with a salon full of people so I reluctantly paid, but I will not be returning. If a customer pays for a service that is not provided, they at least deserve a replacement service, if not a full refund."
"This has been my go to nail place for a long time! Everyone who works here is amazing! I especially love Minne, Ty, Tran and Chloe I always love to have do my nails! They always make sure I leave happy and I'm always happy with my nails I get done here!"
