"ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! I went in on a Saturday to get some time to relax. The customer service was absolutely awful! I went there for my nails to look and feel great and that was not at all the experience! My acrylic was so thick it was so painful I had to go get it removed the immidately the next day. I had to soak my nails for over 2 hours and it took 5 or more filings to get my nails off! The salon that was so kind to help me get them off told me they were like a rock on my nail and no wonder I was in so much pain! My pedicure my heels were left all cracked and calloused and I had to go home and take care of them myself! I have called the salon 3 times and been told I need to speak with the manager, and stopped in once but the manager is never available and no one can tell me when she is going to be there. I was also told I should have just dealt with my painful nails on sunday and waited till they opened on Monday so they could have seen what was wrong?! So I should have not been able to do anything and be left almost in tears! It was horrible horrible experience all around! Went to relax and destress and all it has been is being uncomfortable and stressed out."

"I went to a different nail salon when I first moved here that was okay. I had a broken nail one day and my original salon could not get me in, so I called Star Nails. They were so pleasant to talk to on the phone and were able to get me in with Ha. She did a fantastic job. She gave me a whole new set, which was much better than my original, and I’ve been going to her ever since! Today, I said give me something fun for Christmas and thats what I got! I love my nails, love Ha and love the salon!"
"I love my nails and love this nail salon! I’m a local and have shopped around several places in Benice. “Ha” was my nail tech yesterday and gave me a beautiful full set of sparkling nails while she listened and chatted with me about my mother who had recently passed. She was so kind and also meticulous in her work, it was truly a great and therapeutic experience to relax and feel pretty. I love it so much, I brought my step daughter back the next day for a full set for herself!"
