"Holy Hair Repair! I had an emergency hair repair need and James Griffith Salon saved the day! And my hair! I went to another salon for blonding services. Unfortunately, I was left with purple and gray hair when I should have been a more platinum blonde. I was mortified and embarrassed, stressed and confused. I was instructed to just wash my hair every day and it would eventually lighten and fade. I left they salon in tears. (This was not James Griffith Salon) I called James Griffith Salon from the parking lot of the other Salon and explained what happened. Even though it's the hight of season and I was not one of their clients, they were able to get me in the very next day for a color correction. I was so grateful, thankful and relieved with the process and work performed on my hair to correct the color. They talked me through each step of the process and made sure I was comfortable with their plan. I cannot thank them enough! I'm beautifully blonde again and couldn't be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend this Salon for all your hair care needs!"
