"When I got there they did not confirm what my reservation was for. The stylist area was filthy. I paid a good amount for color, highlights, trim and style. The style was a blow dry with spritz of hair spray that was left wanting. The color looked nice until I got home. Then I realized I had a huge stain all around my face. I had to go online to see how to remove it. I have never been in a beauty salon where I didn't feel welcomed until today. Not a good experience."
