"I am a new resident in Venice and was looking for a good hair stylist. Was recommended to Simplicity and regret ever going there. I went for a color and hair cut and the pic below shows what I left with after a second attempt/visit. The cut was supposed to be an A-line cut with dark tones underneath??? I don't know what style I left with but the the other picture shows what it was supposed to look like. The second visit I paid $115.00 + tip (not including the first visit for 40.00 + dollars) and then I had to pay someone else to fix it. My husband was also seeing the same stylist we will not be returning. I was also going to get my eyebrows done there but based on this situation I will keep looking."
