"I have been going to blush bar for almost a year now, have always been on time, and was very upset today that I was late and didn't have any flexibility offerred---like rescheduling my appointment, transferring over my deposit (I lost my deposit) or any verbal communication from front end, she told me to reschedule my appointment online, and then I went online in the lobby and my appointment wasn't able to be rescheduled online. I am in the parking lot writing this review and it seems like the next person hasn't shown up for the "back to back appointments"...there was, once again, no flexibility offered-- this was just an unfortunate way to lose a very loyal and consistent customer."

"Blush Bar is a black owned business which I love to support! Megan did an amazing job with my Deluxe Facial! She made me aware of each of the steps and recommendations to take for my skin care even after the facial. The Blush Bar esthetics are beautiful when you walk in and it instantly gives a feel of luxury and tranquility. I’ve been to them a few times within 3 years and at each location I’ve ever been to they provide excellent service!"

"I went on 3/31/2022 & I received the Deluxe facial. Megan was nice, friendly & welcoming. I loved the ambiance and vibe. She told me before she started that it was going to be uncomfortable but it was painful for me. I do have a low tolerance for pain though so that is why. I told her that my eyebrows were itching after her putting the product on my face. When I left my face was swollen & red, I had extractions & stuff so of course that was expected. A few days later, my face looked hideous, some of my eyebrows are gone (they were nice & full before the facial) & I look like I am sunburned. Some of it went away but I still have some marks on my face today (4/18/2022). I regret getting a facial because my skin looked nice before this & these marks still have not gone away. Response to owner: I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Not once did I ever ask for a free service. I never asked for anything remotely to an eyebrow service. I asked for a deluxe facial. So you must have me confused with another client. Please don’t lie on me, as that is grounds for a defamation lawsuit. I would like for you to provide evidence of me asking for said service. I honestly posted my review and instead of making changes inwardly you decide to project your insecurities by berating me. Your customer service is embarrassing. That was my first time visiting your business, so no you did not give me a free service previously. Also, Megan didn’t tell me she was taking my picture but please show me the before & after. Also, any kind of trauma isn’t going to immediately show the same day so how can the After picture show that I had burn marks & experienced hair loss? Do you even know the FL statute definition of blackmail? You’re just blurting off absurdness. An honest review is not black mail."

"Lishelle was an absolute pleasure! This was my first time EVER receiving a facial! She walked me through every step that she was doing. She also shared somethings that I should start using on my face as well as things I shouldn’t use on my face. I highly recommend coming to this spa! It has a great at atmosphere and great vibes! Definitely took a nap when I got home as I was so relaxed and refreshed from the deluxe facial I received!"
