"HOW is a long strand of hair left on a short cut even kind of acceptable ? My brother took my kids and grandma for hair cuts today and they came back absolutely butchered. Then they said "based on what the grandma said, this is what was wanted" we didn't want UNEVEN and BUTCHERED!!! Then instead of being given the owners phone number, I'm told to just look it up. What a joke."

"Me and my son booked early and arrived before our scheduled appointment. Only one stylist was there. We were told Summer was coming, she arrived pretty hung over. Didn't acknowledge us, her friend walked in, and she took him and left us to wait. Even though we booked and arrived early. I stood up and said what about us? She ignored me. I said bye, we are going to leave. She still ignored us. Never again. It seems you have to know her personally to get service. Our valuable time was wasted. Our family will never come there again."
