They do accept walk-ins, but appointments are highly recommended because they are a small family owned business, they stay pretty busy from open to close… If you miss your appointment, they’ll be happy to reschedule you…. "Tonight I went to get a full set and pedicure. Let me say I've been going here religiously for about 7 years and tonight I was treated horribly! No common courtesy, no respect. All because I had to cancel 1 appointment because I had to work late! I was told that the owner, Jaiden did not care about what I was wanting and he literally said that in front of me! I was shocked! Completely embarrassed. Never again! If I had the power, I would make sure no one else would go there! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!!"
