"I wanted to surprise my spouse with an hour long deep-tissue massage. I booked a 9am-10am appointment with Shirley. My spouse ended up being about 20 minutes late for the appointment and understandable Shirley explained she would not be able to make up for those 20 minutes. However my spouse texted me at 9:45 thanking me for a much needed massage saying that Shirley had finished. I felt completely taken advantage of! I paid $45 for the massage and even threw in a $15 tip, Shirley massaged him for less than 30 minutes. Regardless of his tardiness she owed me a 9-10am slot! My spouse gets weekly massages, so I hope that that $60 goes a long way Shirley because you have most certainly lost a customer that could’ve been much more lucrative for you."

"Actually took my best friend to this spa for her 60 minute custom massage that I treated her to. 1) massage lasted at most 40 minutes (the paperwork they tell you to show up early to complete counts toward the time apparently), 2) no towels we're offered at the end of the massage, so she had to clean herself with the sheet, 3) while in the waiting room, I listened to workers speaking what could only be considered white nationalist views. So would not recommend...if I could no star it, I would."
