"I’ve been going here for about 6 months now. While my nails are usually always good. The pricing is all over the place. I get dip (as per their recommendation), I usually get a simple design. I’ve been charged $45 at times with a design have paid up to $70 which is a little outrageous for designs I’ve gotten. One time the lady cut me, charged me $70 & told me that was a special price. Really?! Today I went got dip & no design they charged $50. Was told because she shaped my nails. I’ve never heard of a charge for this & find it kind of ridiculous, would you not shape nails when you’re doing them? I think it’s time for me to find a new place. I also prefer to be in & out and when I go there I’m there for well over an hour have been there for over 2 & had to go back for them to finish because in that time the didn’t get to the polish."

"After paying $39 for a gel manicure, Heather (long black hair, brown prescription glasses) had the audacity to ask me if I wanted lotion? Of course I do… it should be included in the price? Didn’t even put cuticle oil on my nails after the service. Heather was definitely lacking customer service skills and clearly doesn’t enjoy her job. She was rude during the entire service. I definitely will take my money elsewhere."

"Summary: I have found my new nail place! 10/10! Booking: I called around 10am for a 12pm appointment. Booking was easy and the person who answered the phone was accommodating. I even added a pedicure service at the end of my fill with a short timeframe to be out of the door and they ensured the fastest person completed the pedicure/spa process. Experience: When I arrived, the establishment was very clean, quiet, and relaxing. The massage chairs were nice and a luxurious experience. The young lady that did my design executed to perfection. She was meticulous with the design on my hands and applying the gel on my toes. She was amazing and I was thoroughly impressed. When someone walked in or if there was something that needed her attention, she stopped and put her tools down to make sure she was not doing multiple things at once. I appreciated this because I did not want the design of my nails to suffer because she had to take care of receptionist type duties. Two weeks later: I am not sure if I took the best photos, but here I am, almost two weeks since receiving the service, and my nails are still beautiful. Even my toes are still looking as if they were done today. I would recommend this place to anyone that is particular about their nails like I am. 10/10 would recommend."
