"Brenda cut half of my hair significantly shorter than the other half. While cutting my hair, she was asking multiple employees various times about a brush that was taken from her station. She continued to focus on this. She was also talking to others. As a result, half of my hair is extremely longer than the other side. Do not recommend!"

"Hair is extremely uneven. She didn't even check the symmetry and made my daughter stand up the whole time while she sat in the chair. Extremely upsetting. She didn't even wet the hair prior to cutting. The whole 10-15 minutes of effort definitely reflected in the outcome. I never ever complain about a service and I'm certainly not a professional but I'm sure I would have done a much better job myself or have my daughter cut it herself."
