After walking in to the Alafaya Trail Palm Casual location, we were greeted with friendly smiles and tons of information. Tons of options, products that will last forever with care and with the support of a great team. Mike and Hanna took us thru our options and we love the results. "Even when you plan ahead, the furniture is NOT delivered when needed. On February 20, 2021, I ordered a sofa with extra cushions, two swivel seats, and two chaises. The sofa, extra cushions and swivel seats were supposed to be delivered April 15th and the chaises on June 17th (due to the shortage with aluminum). On February 22nd, we went back to the store and ordered a small dining table with four chairs and cushions (to match the sofa and swivel seats). The expected delivery of the table and chairs was also April 15th. April 11th we get a phone call stating the stripe fabric we ordered was in backorder. No problem, we went to the store right away and changed the fabric. They were super helpful with the change. I was hoping my order would come in April 11th, but it did not. I received the sofa, dining table with chairs and two of the cushions on April 15th. It took another three weeks to get the swivel seats with the newly selected fabric. To this date (June 25th), we do not have the extra throw cushions we ordered for the sofa or the correct cushions for our dining table. The store has called many times to change the delivery date (usually 3 weeks at a time) and even with us changing the fabric to one that was not on back order, our cushions are now expected in July. While I was annoyed about the delays, I have tried to be patient until it was time to receive the chaises (the item we were the most excited to order). The driver came and brought the chaise cushions (see pic of cushion on the floor). I immediately called the store to find out when the frame will be delivered. He called the factory and said the powder coating needed to be touched up and it would be in this week's delivery (June 24th). June 24th came and went and we did not receive our frame or received a call stating the frames would not be delivered. The furniture is good quality, the team is friendly and helpful during the order process; however, even when you order months in advance, it is not likely the order will be complete."

"We just had our new patio furniture delivered today - and it looks fabulous! It is a sectional and a swivel rocker from the Bonita Collection - so comfy!! Our entire experience was great. I went to the showroom twice, and both sales persons were awesome. The delivery man was great too! I would highly recommend buying your patio furniture from Palm Casual."
