"I went into Hair Cuttery for a quick trim because it said walk-ins welcome. There were 2 hair dressers and one was cutting a toddlers hair, which looked like she was about done. There was no one else in the salon. But I was told they had other customers and could I come back? I said no. Don't put up a sign that says walk-ins welcomed if they're not."

"I've been to this location many times and always had a good experience until the last 2 or times. The last two times resulted in a haircut not even close to what I asked for. And the very last time, today, was the absolute worst. I tried to show the woman a little over a minute video of what I was looking for and not even 10 seconds in I was shut down. She then proceeded to tell me that I didn't want that haircut and pressured me into something a little different, but enough different that it wasn't what I asked for. I'm not an idiot, I studied the video and did a little research... my hair was very close to the models hair (very fine and predominantly straight) so I was pretty confident in what I was asking for. She just absolutely didn't listen and I up with what I'd consider to be a terrible trim job. In the end, I was just ready to get the hell out of there before I started crying due to frustration and being a little angry and ended up with a $31 haircut that looks awful. A $31 haircut that's kind of a luxury being on a fixed income."
"Olga did a great job on my hair. I needed a close undercut with a #1 clipper. It has to come right up to long hair. Many others don't cut it short right up to the dividing line. Olga did awesome. She's my regular hairdresser now."
