"This place lacks customer service! Every time I’ve gone here for a pedicure, I’ve had a problem with a pedicure tech. One time I simply asked for my cuticles to be pushed back which should be part of the pedicure. Another time the nail tech put the junk from under my toe nails on top of my foot. I asked her not to do that. To put it on the towel. Today the pedicure tech painted one nail so, I said it was to light. Instead of giving me the option to pick another color. She dismissed me and said my nail tech will paint for me. You should get what you pay for and this place is not the place to get it!"
"Definitely would not recommend! Not sure what the lady name was but she definitely didn’t do my feet good. Did not scrub them how other places do them, don’t even look like I got them done! Everything I asked she act like she didnt understand me."
"My pedicure is beautiful and perfect. But my gel manicure started lifting the same day. Unfortunately, I left for vacation today and can't go back. Pictures are from yesterday night and this morning"
"The pedicures are perfection. Splurge on one with the hot Rick massage and paraffin wax you won’t regret it. New massage chairs are roomy and comfortable. They have a zillion colors to pick from, gel and regular polish. I have not done a nail fill here I go elsewhere but will always come here for pampering pedicures."
"Just have to communicate what you want. They are very friendly and nice. Some rhinestones are the wrong size in places and not set right. The blue V could be more equal. I’m not a picky person I could live with this and I’m fine with it just being honest and straight forward for others :)"
