"If it would be possible to give this business, zero stars, I would. Let’s begin with the fact that I drove an hour to this appointment I get to her door and she tells me that she doesn’t do children. She only does 12 & up. It clearly states BOOK ONLINE underneath her page. We made an appointment with time, received a confirmation, and we’re denied service. I WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN or refer a single soul. My daughter was so excited about her haircut, talking about it ALL DAY. She crushed my poor babygirl in less than 30 secs. Unprofessional. Just unacceptable."
"Very rude. Came to ask a question about scheduling an appointment for my daughter. The lady who opened the door was rude & barely let us speak. She said the website states “they do not do hair for kids” and I tried to explain I did not look at her website. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend"
