"The polish application was mostly satifactory;he left some polish on the skin. He briefly went over the callus but roughed it up and left it unsightly. I needed to take care of it myself, as it was drying and very rough. Although it is conveniently close to my home, I hesitate to return to Helen's."
"Needed to get my nails and feet done for my vacation and I regret walking into this salon. I walked out with a $120+ bill, and the ugliest nails I’ve ever seen ( and I’m not being dramatic. I wanted Something festive since I was going to a tropical vacation. I asked for a medium length square nails and what I got was a mixture of I don’t know what. The nails are lumpy, the acrylic is poorly applied, the polish work is terrible, the shaping is off. The pedicure was also not very well done and the polish work on my toes looks like it was done by a cold, rather than a professional. This is a lovely shop, however the nail technicians need more practice. I am highly disappointed. Update 6/13/22- This place is very shady. They tried to bribe me to take down my review and I initially did but when I went back in, the owner hassled me and didn’t want to provide the service that he BEGGED me to come back for because my google review was still showing up (which I completely forgot about). I will NOT be back and will not recommend them to anyone."
