"I had my hair cut in January by Emily. She listened to me, asked relevant questions about expectations, and gave me a fantastic cut for my wavy hair. I went back today for color, and she really took her time in coming up with the perfect highlights to go with my waves. I'm very pleased and would recommend her services. Thank you Emily."

"I scheduled my appointment online for the whole package. Color, highlights, cut and style. I noted in my comments that I have long thick hair. Seemed simple enough. My stylist was a very sweet young lady named Madison. Right away, we cut about 6-7 inches off the length before any of the chemical services.When I showed her the pictures of the color and style I was looking for, I noticed that Madison didn’t seem very confident in herself and mentioned it to a lady I assume was either the manager or a Senior stylist that Madison had come look at my hair to ask her how to proceed and she reassured me Madison was awesome. So, after 6 hours in the chair, FOUR different stylists taking part in doing my hair, and a bill of $360 plus $100 tip, I finally left. My issue is this…the color and highlights do not look like the pictures I provided. The Sr stylist/manager did my roots after the lightener was in so there are zero highlights at the root. The area that is colored vs highlighted has distinct lines that don’t look natural at all. I just don’t feel that I received what I paid for now will need at the very least get partial highlights done to make it look better. I do not blame Madison for this at all. She told me she has been doing hair for one year and she was only doing what the other lady told her to do. It was just a rather disappointing experience."
