"Fabulous establishment! I went for my first visit and set up for a pedicure, ended up adding leg waxing and Kim, my technician, was fabulous! The whole staff is great and attentive. The receptionist is FABULOUS and was so kind and helpful. Nice and clean, great services, and reasonably priced! Can’t wait to go back!"

"not trying to be a karen but went and got really simple nails done. just acrylics with a gel french tip done. i got them done two days ago and 2 nails already have paint peeling off. 2 of the nails weren’t filed down all the way and are really bumpy. the gentleman that did my nails seemed rushed and wasn’t really concerned with any of the imperfections in my nails. kinda disappointed, considering i paid 100$ for simple acrylic nails and just regular polish on my toes."

"My daughter and i went together. We ordered the same packages and same designs. The lady who did mine didn't massage legs the nail polish came off on my big toe an hour after i left. She didnt wax my eyebrows even and she didnt trim them either when she did my nails she made both ring fingers crooked she left gobs of stuff under my nails the edges of all my nails looked choppy. When i went back for them to fix it i was made to feel embarrassed cause no one wanted to fix her mistake and i was told because they would have to be redone that i would have to pay after i already paid $110 the lady rushed threw her job cause i was her last client. When we first arived there were 4 employees and 3 customers the owner refused to see a woman so she could leave.how do you expect your employees to stay if you wont? I know the lady that was refused felt racially profiled cause i felt it for her. Just a heads up vip nails dont assume white people dont speak your language if i could leave no stars i would.."

"Best nail salon HANDS DOWN!! Extremely knowledgeable staff. They go above and beyond to make sure you are pleased. I’m here visiting from New York and must say I wish I could bring Tina back with me. She is a master with the dip!! Not only is the shape flawless, but if you are looking for that thin, natural look, don’t go anywhere else. Also, while I was here I witnessed them redoing another customer’s nails who ruined her manicure while gardening. Even though it was the customer’s fault that her nails got ruined, they redid them at no charge. Now that would never happen at any nail salon I’ve ever been to. Make this your new salon and you won’t be disappointed."
