"Had my first haircut there today. Kathleen cut my hair, and she was very good. Asked a few questions about what I wanted and the cut it exactly the way I wanted it. It was a bit shorter than I usually wear it but I love it. I'll be going back to her for for all my haircuts now."

"It was very clean. The hairstylist I had was grumpy unfriendly and appeared to be miserable. Haircut was bad. Will never go again. Made fun of customers after they left. My charge was $10 and I gave her a $20….she rudely responded, “how much do you want back?”. I said, “$10,” and she said, “but your cut was $10!.” I replied, “oh gosh, I’m sorry I wasn’t thinking.” I gave her a $5 tip, but she deserved zero! I just wanted out. MISERABLE EXPERIENCE!!"

"The first time I went to Brandi's place, I got an excellent haircut. Today, Not so much. I got someone that didn't understand what straight is. Then when she combed my hair wrong, I politely told her that I com my hair back. She told me that she think my hair looks better combed to the side and proceeded to comb it her way. I did get a little testy, but not a whole lot confronting her that I comb my hair back it my hair that's the way I want it. She hands me the brush and tells me to comb it myself. That's 2 strikes, not knowing what straight is and not combing as the customer wants. I pay her a $20 and get $10 dollars back instead of $12.....men's haircuts cost $8. I speak up about it and she has an attitude and gives me the rest of my change. I should have the choice about giving a tip. Third strike! Usually, I'm generous. This time I wasn't and rightfully so. I may or may not come back to Brandi's Place. If I do I certainly won't be using that lady again!"

"Friendly staff with basic setup to get what you need done. I'm sure my experience wasn't the usual but this was my first time coming here and probably my last. I asked for a low fade with 1 on the side. I do not have a before picture but I had enough hair to part down the side. To my understanding a low fade is when the fade stops just above the ears. I told her after the damage was done and she apologized for the misunderstanding."
