"My stylist was Michaela, she was great. She understood exactly what I was looking for with my haircut and even explained what she was doing and why she was doing it. That way I know what to ask for in the future. However, for now on I think I only want to book with Michaela. The salon was especially busy the day/time I came in and that was no match for Michaela."
"Came in today for a quick male haircut short trim today. First Shelby does not greet the customer at the counter. She yelling across the shop to customers instead of greeting them. Time was 420 and Shelby refused to do my trim. She was shampoo one male customer with short hair when I came. Plenty of time for a trim. Shelby needs to grow up understand how to take care of customers. I also tip very well so she missed out on a tip because she wanted to sneak out of work early. I have had problems here before and I don't know why I go back."
"I came in for my daughter hair cut for first time and our experience was terrible. Her “stylist” cut her hair uneven. When I got home her hair is wet and it looked Ok, but when I dried it was uneven. I will never come back again."
