"Great location. Staff is very friendly, prices are competitive. Highly recommend the pedicures for men. If you’re a man, you’ll enjoy it - trust me. Go with the leg massage and hot towel options. Ladies will love the atmosphere and attention to detail. Very nice inside. Many men and women and couples present during my visit. Great date ideal, fellas!"

"Edit to Response: Thank you for responding to my experience and the charge on my card. I emailed the email account below almost a week ago now and have still not heard back. The unauthorized charges are still on my credit card. Can someone please correct this situation or contact me? I don’t know what else to do at this point…. I shouldn’t have to pay $154 for my nails when I authorized $67. Visited polish nail bar when I was in town visiting my sister. Unfortunately my credit card was charged twice for services. It was very strange that I was charged properly for my service with my tip ($67) and then my card was charged again for service, tip, and an additional 20$ even (totaling $87)? I called the salon when I noticed the double charge on my bank statement. They apologized and took down my information and told me an owner would contact me to discuss. Unfortunately it’s been over a week and I have not heard anything. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get the double charge off. Dispute is currently ongoing. I was overall disappointed in the service I received (or didn’t receive you could say) after my experience. I also did gel tips and my nail broke 5 days after service when I was on vacation which was pretty frustrating :( normally dip tips last me a solid 3 weeks"

"We have never been treaded so poorly at this salon, they don’t even deserve 1 star. We had appts for 4 pedis, and 4 fills. Lee who did my daughter’s nails did a horrible job. My daughter left before I was finished and sent me a picture saying how bad they looked. We are going on vacation tomorrow and she was embarrassed with how they looked. I asked her to come back and we could see if they could fix them. I showed a picture to the lady at the front, who I learned is the owners mother. She said yes have her come back. When my daughter came back about 5 of them came around her grabbing her hands and speaking loudly in another language. The owners mother again confronted me hounding me about what appts we made. Said they can’t fix they are closed, this was 6:45…sign on the door says open until 7:30. Mind you our appts were at 4:45. I again told her 4 pedis and fills. She said I told her no new sets. And she was correct. After awhile of this we asked them to just take her nails off and give her her money back as my daughter was now terribly embarrassed, other people were on the salon witnessing all of this. Jen then offers to fix them for her. Right before Jen was done the owners mother sits in front of me hounding me again about what appts we made. I asked her why does that matter. She was not happy, Jen kindly offered to fix so I will tip Jen as a thank you. As we walk out Jen followed us and tells me she can’t accept my tip that she has to give it to them to pay for the difference. She then asks me to talk to the owner. As we come back inside the lady from the front counter starts in again. I asked her if what Lee did earlier was quality work and no one answered they just looked at me. Her nails where lumpy, thick and acrylic on her cuticles. All they could focus on is what Jen did to fix and wanted more money. If Lee would have done them good the first time they wouldn’t have to be redone. Then Lee says he asked how she liked them every step of the way, which he didn’t. Yes she should have said she didn’t like them before she left. But some people are not comfortable saying they don’t like what you just did, especially if this is the outcome. Between the 4 of us we had just spent close to $500 today. Basic pedi $32, gel polish, $15 and white line $5 times 3. I had a fill and was charged $3.00 to make them shorter from the grow out…ummm really??? We have been coming here for a while and most of the people there are friendly. Sad to say we will never be back. We have a lot of friends and family and they will now go elsewhere as well. Sad to lose at least 8 loyal people because the owners mother is so nasty!!! Jen thank you, you made my daughter feel better and you did a wonderful job."

"I am so happy I drove the extra few miles to Polish! I had been going to a salon in Trinity, closer to my home for liquid gel fills but that salon put my health at risk by cutting corners. Tee at Polish Nail Bar SAVED MY NAILS! I had concerns with my mail health after the last liquid gel fill- and my concerns were valid. Tee saved my thumb and both pointer fingers from developing fungus when the techs at the previous salon did not bond or prep the nails properly before adding more gel. Tee was willing to salvage what I had, but I ultimately decided to have her start from scratch. She was wonderful- gentle, thorough, and personable. Tee has me as a client now. The salon itself is very modern, clean, offers a variety services that I look forward to trying in the future. Also, the prices are extremely competitive and fair for the area."
