"Baskin Robbins they're always canceling my order because even tho what I order is on the menu they say they canceled because they don't hv some items ok once or twice is ok but it's evreytime I order from them. But I found another place so I won't be ordering from them anymore. They're to annoying."
"Fruit flies covering the doughnuts, which they continued to serve through the drive through window. Tabletops full of crumbs. No management on duty. Clearly not interested in health codes, or rectifying the issue when brought to their attention. Poor customer service."
"The three girls working tonight were extremely rude. Nobody acknowledged us for atleast 10 minutes. One girl looked right at us & walked to the bathroom without saying a word. After putting our order in we were rudely handed our things & was told the lobby closed at 9. Online it says 10. & on the door the hours aren’t listed for sunday."
"i can say I'm a expert on Capuchino blast normally i get to buy one every day or so i like the cap, BUT this location is making the capi very bad with low coffee flavor an lots of ice, if you know the real flavor of the original capi then you're getting rip off buying at this place, that's why lately i been going the the Baskin Robbins at downtown Lakeland. good luck!"
