"I live nearby and frequently get my gas and coffee here. It’s a shame corporate refuses to make repairs which leaves awesome employees like Sabrina dealing with upset customers. She does a good job despite how nasty I’ve seen people treat her"

"If I could rate this store with zero stars I would have selected that option. My partner and I stopped at this location first thing this morning to make some sweet tea before heading to work. I noticed someone standing at close proximity with partner just watching her every move so I asked them if they needed anything? It turned out to be the store clerk and she said she was just going to supervise my partner to see what she doing? I told her that we were making sweet tea and that I would be more than happy to pay her for the tea and sugar if she would kindly come up to the front of the store. I also needed to get some cash back and she was the only cashier in the store. She refused to back down from monitoring my partners progress with our drinks and at this point there were three other customers inside of the store waiting in a line that was now forming in order to pay for services. The cashier was being extremely rude, and was treating us as if we were not paying customers. I asked her if she supervises every single customer who enters the store attempting to make their morning beverages? She made a comment about us using “her tea bags and sugar” but when I attempted to pay for them she refused to walk up to the register and allow for me to pay. She then proceeded to confiscate my partners cup of ice and told us that she wanted us to leave the store. I am completely mind blown at how we were treated here this morning. Some of the customers were now involved and looking at us and I was highly embarrassed and extremely disappointed in the way that the cashier handled herself. Needless to say, we left the store- never got our sweet tea, and my partner had to leave in a hurry to make it to her morning shift where she works as a Traveling Nurse! I will never return to this store ever again! And that is a shame because I used to love coming here. I actually just stopped twice the night before. Maybe this Store does not mind losing its customers, but I have a feeling that the other guests had a bad experience this morning as well just watching and listening to it unfold. Such a disgrace!"

"I have been a customer for 20 years im 34 im also a mystery shopper and do google colabrate. The store manager mrs amber is rude nasty and discriminatory. I have watched 20 other customers leave the store with out the product that they wanted because the store is not being properly delt with. Mrs. Amber is a raciest she does not like white customers. She needs to be fired. Today mrs amber had a problem because i took this picture for my bfs mom to let her know that they were out of stock and we had to get bottle pepsi for her. The store manager mrs. Amber is rude discriminatory and racist. She refuses to do her job properly. She refuses service to a mystery shopper and google shopper and tried to ban us from the store just because of this picture and shes got a vendetta against me personally. I think shes on drugs. Andci believe shes got a vendetta against my boyfriend because he was friends with sandy but shes no longer their and he dont speak to her and the other store manager chris was a good manager he should have never been fired chad the overnight worker should have never quit he was good. This woman should be fired. She tells her employees to do her job for her and she also stops her cuztomers from using foodstamps and credit cards at night at 24hr store. She refuses to allow anyone from the neighborhood to work at her store. In all my years i have seen people come and go working in the stores but this lady is bad news. Is making her customers suffer. Last night on a holiday we went to get a drink and because this manager wants to have the inside of store closed due to the robbery 2 weeks ago i understand safety of customers and employees but this is wrong for them to only accept cash from 12 am to 5am. 20 customers left and used their business somewhere else because of her actions. Again she should be fired immediately."

"This is a very very unsafe place to be at anytime. I was here when it was robbed this week . The store does nothing to protect it's customers or employees. The store has did nothing to improve security after many robberies and assaults at this place nor have they offered any money as a reward for information leading to the arrest . It's all about them making money with no regard to the safety of the public. I'm sorry that I have to give them a bad review but something must be done to protect the public."
