"Called with a complaint and spoke with Missy. She actually handled it very well. It would be nice if more companies in general could do this across the nation. Polite customer service is very hard to come by these days. Promote her for sure. Good atmosphere when I was in earlier, was just concerned with the gentleman leaning over the self check-out, breathing in people's face with covid possibly going back around."
"High Gas prices and the place was dirty. The bathrooms were closed so they had an outdoor portable for people to use. That was closed too so they had two nasty porta potties for people. If you bring your wife here Don't expect her to use the bathrooms. Or you'll deserve the beating she gives you. :-)"
"Scary! Has a ton of stuff to by for the road, but it’s dirty. The people in the parking lot and in the store are shady. Lady begging for money for gas, goes in and tries to then bum cigarettes off people. No one stops her or asks her to leave. Bathrooms were terrible. Definitely not stopping there again!"
"Great pit stop. Clean bathrooms with tons of snack and travel selections for the entire family. They have books, phone chargers, and an automated teller machine. The coffee is fresh and they have a broad selection of energy drinks. They also have a Wendy’s Famous Hamburgers, Cinnabon, and Dairy Queen all built-in under the same roof. Who could ask for anything more? Super convenient for a family pit stop in route to Disney World."
