"Came in today to have my hair blown out for my wedding tomorrow here at the beach. And Maddie was so so sweet, kind, and friendly. I don’t think I’ve ever had someone blow dry and brush straight my hair in 35 mins. And it look as good as it does. From talking to Maddie over the phone to make my appointment as we were coming into town, to arriving at the shop to have it done. It’s been such an easy process. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick, cute style. Maddie is actually moving in September to Colorado. I wish her nothing but the best in her new journey. "While on vacation looking for a place to get a blow out I stumbled upon this gem. The salon is quaint and the stylist are very friendly and sweet. Anna made me feel right at home, she was easy to talk to and gave the best shampoo/scalp massage! She asked questions about how I wanted my hair styled and nailed it! Thanks so much for my beach waves!"
"While vacationing, I used this business for a makeup application, for professional photos. I was not impressed. I showed photos (of a person with the same skin tone-fair) and was very clear on what I wanted, however I felt the gal did not listen to my wants. She also did not match my skin tone and I looked very white/sickly. I had to request that she fix it and we decided that she would use some bronzer to add some color back to my skin. I requested that she use just a little amount and we could add more if needed. However, she used wayyyyy too much and did not blend appropriately. I had spots and lines around my face, especially noticeable in the lighting outside. (This business needs better lighting). I ended up fixing it myself. I should have just done my own makeup, especially for the price I paid. I’ve had professional makeup done multiple times, and have never had an issue matching my skin tone. Won’t be back for next years trip/photo needs."
