"Where do I start with this place! I’ve been getting my eyelashes done for probably about 8yrs now. It’s 2024 and the clients know what they want and how lashes work. I’ve done everything from hybrid volumes 17’ to the most simple set like classic 15’. I figured I would give them a chance since I was only going to go basic and do a classic set 15’. I was given a master tech and was charged $20 extra for my lashes to start twisting a week after. I also had signed up for the their monthly fills so when I was due for a fill I figured I would go with a regular tech since paying for a master wasn’t worth it. Well I was dead wrong their lash tech who filled my lashes did such a TERRIBLE job I actually had to say something which I never would but I was so upset. She not only bounced around from eye to eye but she used all one sizes all over my eyes didn’t give the eyes any shape, I had bald spots on the most important places which is front, middle, and end. They were falling off as she and I both brush them trying to fix the clusters she had glued. I asked if she could fill where she missed and she had such a terrible personality she said she couldn’t she was late for her next appointment. I said okay and I ended up canceling my membership since Im now $250 out of pocket for a basic lash set and fill. I emailed the company and sent them pictures with a resolution to my fill asking them if they could just remove them for me and give me my refill money back. With no response now it’s only been a few days and half of my left eye lashes have fallen of from improperly putting them on. This place should train their techs better than just two weeks of training session and shouldn’t be charging customer more money for techs that are not MASTERS and offer good service to keep their name in good standing! I have better luck going to girls who work from home and do this all days long and are reliable and do lashes for better prices then AMAZING LASHES! I will attach pictures of what you will be getting here!"

"I rarely write reviews, and I hate to write bad ones, but I am very disappointed in my results following my brow wax and tint today with Amber. Unfortunately, half of my eyebrows are gone. I have never lift a brow wax and tint having less eyebrows, and the lack of communication prior regarding shape and thickness could have been my fault, but I have been getting my eyebrows waxed for years and have never left with literally half of my eyebrow gone as well as less shape then I came in before. My eyebrows have always had a tail that stopped at the outer corner of my eye and never did I asked for this to be removed. I will attach photos for a before and after, both are with no products on the brows expect for todays photo which has the tint. I have never cried so much when getting home at my results and ran straight to Amazon for an eyebrow regrowth serum."

"Riley was awesome! She was so sweet and did a fabulous job! Highly recommend her. I do have to say that the 99.00 intro rate should include volume not just classic and further it should be explained when booking the appointment that you will be charged A LOT more for volume. I understand after the intro rate it’s higher for volume but, it wasn’t explained that way when I booked. Wasn’t nice to be surprised at check out."
