"I never have a good experience coming here, the so called manager is pushy in selling, he looks up your history and tells you that you haven't bought this or that for a while and expects you to buy what he tells you. I have done separate water testing from the same time with the other well known pool chain store and my water comes out perfect but not at Leslie's! The results are always way off. I also bought self testing kit and it is very close to the other pool store results, but Leslie's is way off . Just be careful and do your homework before spending what could be a lot of money worth of chemicals you don't really need."

(105,000 gallons over two public pools & one public heated Spa) insightful chemistry application advice to exceed Florida Dept. Of Health inspection specifications in my maintenance of water for 55+ adults & their visiting grandchildren (ages 3-17)... Finally ... I have enjoyed exemplary service for repair/replacement pumps, motors, propane & electric pool heating components ... I TRUST Tom Roy & staff..."

"Leslies is my preferred pool supply store but as of late the service has been next to horrible. I use to feel welcomed at this store but now i walk in and the feeling I get from the associates is that they hate it there. Im not going to mention anyone in particular but from now on i will take the extra 10 min drive to the leslies in Altamonte Springs. I hope that environment changes in that store or they will loose alot more customers."
