Hidden Beach Pool and Pavilion is a beloved institution located at 6630 Hidden Beach Circle in Orlando, Florida. We are thrilled to welcome all of our newest residents, whether owners or renters, to our wonderful community. With over 30 years of history, we are grateful to all residents, new and old, for adhering to our Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions which help maintain our home values.
We value feedback from our residents and encourage you to share any Comments, Suggestions, or Concerns with the Board of Directors. You can email or mail your input, ensuring it comes from an identifiable source for us to address any questions. Additionally, feel free to bring up any comments, suggestions, or concerns at our monthly board meetings.
Please remember not to recycle in our bins and instead take your recyclables to a local grocery store. If you plan on making improvements to your home, including painting, be sure to submit an ARB review form to arb@hbhoa.com.
The Pavilion is open to all residents, but we ask that you request access so we can inform other homeowners. A $50 deposit is now required for Pavilion use, which will be fully refunded upon cleanup of the area. Balloons are no longer allowed at the Pavilion.
For Pavilion and recreation parking area reservations, please contact hbhoa@hbhoa.com. Solicitation of any kind is prohibited in our neighborhood, and we appreciate your cooperation in informing solicitors of our policy.
Our CCRs are available on our website for your convenience. Please review them to ensure compliance with Hidden Beach rules and regulations, which ultimately benefit all residents by protecting and increasing property values, fostering neighborly respect, and creating a welcoming and prideful community we are happy to call home. "There's a pool, and pavilion, as well as a basketball hoop in addition to the tennis court. The pool area has men's and women's restrooms and a second floor above the restrooms is unusual but nice. All in all, the facilities are pretty nice given the size of our development thanks to the care of the homeowners and the HBHOA."
