"This is one of the better pools on Disney Property. While it can get busy, it’s heated unlike other pools at Riverside & has a hot tub. The pool is safe, has many features, including fountains, and a water slide. The vibe is peaceful and clean, and overall this pool will give guests at Riverside a wonderful experience."
"Pool is big and nice. Hot tub was very small and people were crowding it all and i couldnt get a chance to get in even when it says time limits are for hot tub and people werent watching their kids and life guards did nothing about it. Hot tub could be bigger."
"The hot tub is amazing! Very crowded though. Even smaller children are going in so the parents can have their time in the hot tub. The pool activities were super cute for the younger guests. The area was crowded but it didn’t feel crowded. There was a young child with a nose bleed and it seemed as though cast members took good care of her and her family. We loved the fact that there were hammocks! The towels are constantly being refilled and cast members are seen trying to keep up with the demand and the hot weather."
